We Treat You Like Family
Our fast, White-Glove delivery of in-stock merchandise that has been paid in full can be scheduled at your request on available days in designated areas (weather permitting, excludes online purchases). We will never simply drop off your wrapped up, new furniture on your drive way, like some places do.
Our delivery team will expertly unpack and assemble your furniture, and make sure it ends up where you had envisioned it. We’ll even clean up all the trash, plastic and make look like we were never there!
At A1 - we're more interested in a life-long customer than a one-time sale. We treat you like family.

*While we do not remove old furniture we do offer to remove most used mattresses with a $25 charge per mattress set. Removal of old mattresses must be set up with delivery team before actual delivery time.

Missed Deliveries
IN THE EVENT NO ONE IS HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, A SECOND DELIVERY FEE OF THE SAME AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED TO DELIVER IT AT A DIFFERENT TIME.
We do not drop off furniture without someone there to verify the correct product and to properly inspect the quality of the product being received.
Delivery Setup & Times
The delivery service will call the evening before your delivery date to give you a two hour window time as to when your delivery will be made the following day.

Important Things to Know
Once established, The 2-hour window cannot be changed
CONFIRMATION CALLS FOR DELIVERYS ON MONDAY are made on Sunday approximately between 4:00pm-6:00pm.
CONFIRMATION CALLS FOR DELIVERYS ON TUESDAY – SATURDAY ARE made approximately between 7:00pm-9:30pm
IF YOU WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE THE EVENING BEFORE TO RECEIVE YOUR TIME, please call the store the morning of your delivery (between 9:30-10:00 a.m.)
