I love it...but

This is a beautiful piece of furniture but, I don't like that the chime is barely audible. Also, the little screw that holds the hands broke and now, even though it chimes when it is supposed to, the hands just kind of flop around because there is nothing to hold them properly in place. Can you tell me where to get this little screw???
